Are you a steward of your community?

By The Mill

As a community leader — whether you’re a teacher, nonprofit director, small business owner, or advocate — you give endlessly. You serve tirelessly. You carry the weight of others’ needs and hopes.

Who is pouring back into you?

In a world where leadership often comes at the cost of wellness, the Burnout to Brilliance Transformative Experience offers a personal approach to healing and growth — because your well-being is the foundation for the thriving, resilient communities you dream of.

“When you replenish your spirit, you give from the overflow — not the depths of your depletion.”

The Burnout to Brilliance 8-week Transformative Experience begins on July 8, 2025, with weekly sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes. The program blends education, hands-on experience, and high-energy engagement for lasting impact.

Here’s What To Expect:

The Burnout to Brilliance Transformative Experience is an online journey designed to guide community leaders through an immersive process of personal renewal and growth.  You’ll gather weekly in a supportive virtual space — blending wellness education, real-time exercises, and guided self-reflection.

Each session will focus on a critical piece of your wellness puzzle: developing a personalized self-care plan, learning how to regulate your nervous system, set healthy boundaries, and tap into the overflow principle — giving from abundance, rather than a place of depletion.

Expect a rich, interactive experience that includes mindfulness practices, journaling prompts, community discussions, and creative hands-on activities.

You will experience community connection, personal clarity, and a renewed sense of vitality!

The next introduction workshop is Wednesday, June 25 at 7pm and the 8-week cohort begins Tuesday, July 8th.
