FAQ

Are memberships month to month?

Community Memberships are month-to-month and can be started or stopped at any time. We just ask that you cancel at least 5 days prior to the end of your term to avoid being charged for another month. If we don’t have this notice and you see a charge, it can’t be reversed!

Desks and offices are available for month-to-month or long term leases.

What is parking like in the area?

There are several parking options in Wilmington. Street parking is $4/hour with a 2-hour maximum stay. You can pay your meter using the Park Mobile app. Street parking becomes free after 6pm. There is also a parking lot attached to our building. It is $1/20 minutes, but you can stay as long as you need to in that lot. That area becomes free after 4pm. In addition to these options, there is a garage at 801 N Orange Street that we recommend. There are many other garages in the area as well, most offering a convenient and short walk to the Nemours building.

Our Concord location has ample parking for free of charge.
