THE MILL: Share your experience as a member at The Mill.
MICHAEL: We moved to the Mill Concord Plaza as one of their original tenants in 2020 and have loved everything about the space. The style, the vibe, the layout, the technology, the helpful staff, everything!
THE MILL: What makes the space uniquely yours?
MICHAEL: Our suite is a private area for our agents to come as they please any time of day or night which is essential to how we work. In real estate some days start early and some days are very very late. This works for us for our crazy schedules. But also, the modern design and professional amenities allows us to meet with clients privately when we need to as well.
THE MILL: How does your work style influence how you set up your space?
MICHAEL: Our work style is comfortable, easy-going, but also professional and tenacious when need be. This can change day to day or hour to hour. This space allows us the freedom to be all of those things at any time.
THE MILL: What colors, textures, or décor elements did you choose, and why?
MICHAEL: Colors were chosen by our franchisor/corporate office, so that was not something we can really get away from. But the glass desks and other add ons we added with modern style and functionality in mind.
THE MILL: Describe your favorite view or setup in your office.
MICHAEL: On a call, standing at the large windows overlooking the wooded area outside. The birds, the squirrels, the foliage. It helps ease each conversation.
THE MILL: Are there tools, tech, or furniture pieces that make your day easier?
MICHAEL: Anything we need, it’s all here. The bar, the variety of seating choices, conference rooms, phone booths and I take a break almost every day and play pool by myself for a mental reset when needed.
