Our fourth floor is currently closed for renovations, set to reopen in early 2026 with refreshed creativity at its core. Soon, we’ll also be opening The Mill Seaford at the redeveloped Nylon Capital Center, expanding our reach (and your opportunities) for events within Sussex County.

The Mill at Market West (Downtown Wilmington)
- Garden Party Birthday Celebration: Our most recent event involved enchanted garden décor, whimsical balloons, and playful details, which brought our community manager’s birthday to a whole new level.
- Movie Nights with Theatre N: Our members chose the film for a back-to-school classic movie night, complete with snacks and community voting.
- Paint Nights: Participants unwind and craft their own works of art from a sketch, photo, or guided by a professional artist.
- Curated Art Viewings: Live and silent auctions of local artists’ work benefitting organizations such as Shine A Light On Stroke
- Happy Hours: Our members participate in organic and relaxed networking with local beer, wine, and bites in a convivial atmosphere.
- Coffee and Tea Tastings: Members choose our signature Mill blends, savoring flavors together under expert guidance.
- DIY candle and body scrub workshops (join us Nov 20, 2025): Our Wellness Room Sponsor, Queendom Care, will be hosting a decompressing and creative gathering for our members to create their own takeaways.
- Member-Hosted Gatherings: Customized celebrations, professional seminars, and networking featuring leading groups like Delaware Prosperity Partnership, The Connect, WhipFlip, and more.
- Member Hosted Fundraisers: Speedy Sunsets, lead by member Joey Gonzalez, are monthly Rooftop DJ events bringing music, energy, and unbeatable views, all while raising money and awareness for youth music education.
- OpenMic Nights: Wilmington Tales brings a lively lineup of real stories to the stage at this traveling storytelling event. Join in the fun on September 12th!
The Mill Concord (Suburban Wilmington)
- Firepit Nights: Cozy evenings around the firepit with s’mores and lively conversation among members and their families are held seasonally on the Concord Patio.
- Pumpkin Painting & Marshmallows: Festive fun for all ages with crafts, food, and autumnal spirit bring members and their loved ones together, and give them something to take home and admire throughout the season.
- Bingo Nights: We roll out the big screen and throw down our markers in rousing rounds of bingo with prizes from favorite local businesses.
- Terrarium Workshops: At our most recent session, guided by Will Ramirez, guests created miniature gardens to take home.
- Holiday Party & Artisan Markets: Our annual gatherings blend seasonal cheer, local artistry, games, and toy drives benefitting Nemours Children’s Hospital. Mark your calendar for December 11, 2025, when the tradition continues at The Mill Concord.
- Lego Workshops & Seminars: Interactive sessions led by member David Kubacki, are designed to spark fresh ideas and collaboration among teams.
