Although her audition would have likely resulted in a Four-Chair Turn if other coaches had available slots, she secured the final spot on Team Legend, closing out the Blind Auditions stage in spectacular fashion. In the Battles round, Rubini teamed up with Jackie Romeo to perform Stevie Nicks’ “Edge of Seventeen.” After her impressive performance in the Battles, where she was part of a dynamic duo with Jackie Romeo, she was stolen from Team John Legend by Team Dan+Shay. This move allowed her to continue competing in the Knockouts, where she delivered a captivating rendition of Elton John’s “Tiny Dancer,” outperforming her competitor Frank Garcia. Olivia then advanced to the Playoffs, the final round before the Live Show Semi Finals, performing “Stand By You” by The Pretenders alongside other talented contestants from Team Dan+Shay. Although she was eliminated during the cut from Top 20 to Top 12, her talent and dedication left a lasting impression.
