Meet Our Members: Wills Elliman

When it comes to office spaces in New Castle County,  Wills Elliman is an expert. As Senior Managing Director of Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), he’s been focused on office leasing in the county and has been lead partner of their Wilmington office since 2001. For a little over two years, he and his team have completed 81 leases in New Castle totalling to over 745,000 square feet in office space.

Prior to working at NKF, he worked for a boutique tenant representation shop that represents office tenants. He then joined the startup, (VHS), in 1999 until its financial backer Conectiv Energy was acquired by Pepco and closed down VHS for good.

As an office leasing expert, Wills has chosen The Mill as his base of operations. He attributes this to “great people starting with Rebecca and Robert!”

Wills isn’t all about property, however. “Although I work hard, I play hard too,” he says. He loves telemark skiing, water skiing where he’s currently 15′ off at 25 mph in the slalom course, tennis where’s he rated 3.5 by the USTA, paddle tennis, and kiteboarding. And having graduated from Duke University in 1987, he’s a huge fan of his alma mater’s basketball and lacrosse teams.
