Meet Our Members: Peter DiPrinzio

By websites@tappnetwork.com

Peter DiPrinzio currently works at Seawall Development, the Baltimore real estate company that partnered with the Buccini/Pollin Group to create DE.CO, downtown Wilmington’s first food hall.

DE.CO, which is short for Delaware Collective, will serve as an incubator for both established and upcoming chefs in the city. The $3.5 million project is set to open at the DuPont Building later this year and will feature eight kitchens and a central bar.

A graduate of International Economics at Middlebury College, Peter worked for a startup in Baltimore as part of Venture for America. He then spent two years working for an electronic materials startup and assorted restaurant jobs prior to landing his role at Seawall Development.

The Mill is Peter DiPrinzio’s home base in Wilmington. He says, “After an early ride up or a day of meetings I can hide out and get some work done, or meet other members around the kitchen. I want to get everyone excited about the food hall, and get their feedback on our design and food options!”

When he isn’t busy at work, Peter loves to cook for his roommates in Baltimore and spend time outdoors mountain biking and hiking.
