Rick Harman is the president of Acute Consulting LLC, a boutique Human Resources consultancy. He works with small and mid-sized public and private companies, startups and mid-stage growth organizations, specializing in compensation and benefits, recruiting in the technology space, and most recently, culture issues associated with mergers and acquisitions.
A graduate of University of Delaware, Rick started his career by going through an HR Analyst training program with JP Morgan in its Wall Street office. He first specialized in compensation but grew his career to include expertise in employee relations, organization design, deal acquisition due diligence, analytics, HR information systems, benefits, and executive compensation.
Outside of the office, Rick likes to stay active. He lives on the White Clay Creek Preserve in Landenberg, so he takes advantage of the location to go hiking with his dog, Cash. He’s also training to run his first Spartan Race!
