Mentors are men and women in our lives who have helped guide us during various stages of life, whether it’s personal or professional. In honor of National Mentorship Month, your friends at The Mill want to thank a couple of members who happen to be experienced mentors to others in the community.

Mentor of Life & Business — The Mill Founder, Robert Herrera
Lastly, The Mill Operational Director Rebecca Parsons wanted to talk about her mentor, Rob Herrera, Founder of The Mill.
“A special thank you to the person who created The Mill, Robert Herrera. I graduated with a business management degree and spent a year figuring out how to use it. I couldn’t imagine at that time how much I would learn beyond school here at The Mill, and none of it would have been possible without Rob. His role extends beyond “manager” or “boss,” and he is not only the founder of The Mill but a mentor in life and business to so many people. Keep doing awesome things, Rob!”
Again, thank you to our members who have a significant impact on our community – you never know if you are someone’s mentor or how you’ve helped others in your life.
